PdfBoxEditor 2.1 released
PdfBoxEditor 2.1 has been released in the Mac App Store. The app allows you to edit, view, and inspect PDF boxes. New features in this release are among others:
- NEW: Modification indicator (a star “*”) mark which box a user has altered.
- NEW: The output will be saved as an incremental PDF, so the original remains in the first section while only the changes are appended at the end.
- Compatibility with macOS 27 Golden Gate
- Fix: Function “Save as” overwrites already existing files
- Built exclusively for ARM64 architecture (Intel/x86_64 support removed)
The main features of the app include, among others: A PDF preview with highlighted boxes, guides for precise alignment with printers’s marks, a tabular overview of all box settings, and copying of selected boxes to other pages. The PDF boxes can be changed through graphic interaction or keyboard input.
